Toys and Child Development

Recent studies have shown that toys help and contribute immensely to a child’s mental as well as physical development. One important fact behind this is that when they are small and aren’t ready to walk yet, toys are the sole companions apart from the parents or the caregiver. This enhances their skills and also develops their psychological development to study and solve problems. Imagination plays another important role in the child’s development when they play with toys, preferably of animals and dolls. This helps them understand how things behave and what the real world is like with all its diversity and lifestyles.
